Sales & Community Lead
Help build the commercial engine behind a next-generation adaptive audio and music platform for games and interactive media.
What this role is this
You will own how we find more customers, and how more customers find us. That means shaping and executing our approach across sales, lead generation, marketing, community presence, events and early commercial conversations.
This is a practical, high-trust role in a small company. You will not sit next to a big sales team following someone else’s playbook. You will help define the playbook.
Sales & lead generation
Find, qualify and warm up the right studios and partners.
Marketing & visibility
Shape how elias.audio shows up publicly and how inbound interest grows over time.
Community presence
Be active where developers are; Discord, LinkedIn, forums, events and industry conversations.
Ownership
Build a repeatable path from first contact to qualified opportunities.
What success looks like in the first 6 months
We do not expect a finished machine on day one. We are looking for someone who can find a credible way forward, test it in the real world and turn it into traction.
Sign 2–3 customers
Create real commercial momentum early.
Find the path forward
Turn sales, community and marketing into a clear go-to-market direction.
Improve inbound quality
Make more of the right people understand what elias.audio is and why it matters.
We are not looking for a generic salesperson... We are looking for someone who can create momentum in a technical niche.
Our primary customers are game studios, but the technology is also relevant in automotive, broadcast, art and other interactive spaces. You do not need to be the deepest product expert, but you do need to understand technical customers and speak credibly to them.
Who you are
We care more about credibility, initiative and industry understanding than about a rigid seniority label.
You understand game production
You know how teams, pipelines and production realities work.
You have a real industry network
It does not need to be huge, but it should be genuine and relevant.
You are technically literate
You can comfortably speak about engines, tools and workflows.
You are social and proactive
You are comfortable starting conversations and following through.
Nice to have: audio understanding
Any familiarity with sound or music workflows is a plus.
This is not a product development, composer or sound design role.
